Overview
The Leave Balance feature in Neo allows you to view your up to date leave information directly, without accessing the Replicon portal. When you request your leave balance in Neo, the system shows all leave types and your current balances.
This feature is available only in countries where Replicon is the official leave management platform. Check at the bottom of this article the list of supported countries.

This feature helps you:
- View your leave balances directly in Neo instead of opening the Replicon portal
- Access all leave types and remaining balances in a single consolidated view
- Rely on real time, accurate information sourced directly from Replicon.
How it works
To check your leave balance in Neo, simply ask: “What is my leave balance?”.
Neo will then:
- Connect to Replicon (if your country is supported)
- Retrieve all leave types assigned to you
- Display your remaining balance for each type
If your country uses a different leave management system, Neo will let you know that Leave Balance information is unavailable and will guide you to check your leave details directly in your local time off tool.
Supported Countries
The Leave Balance feature is available in:
India, Italy, Mexico, Switzerland, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines, Japan, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Spain, Belgium, Luxembourg, Morocco, France, Egypt, Australia, New Zealand, Netherlands, Austria, Romania, China, Portugal, Costa Rica, Guatemala, United Kingdom, Tunisia, Ireland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, and Ukraine.
Not Supported Countries
Leave Balance is not available through Neo in: Poland, Germany, United States, and Canada.
