Timesheet Submission: Country Support Updates

Overview

Neo supports timesheet submission in most countries, using two different templates depending on the user’s location: 

• In some countries, the Custom Timesheet Including Time Data template allows users to copy the previous week’s timesheet, including long week, short week (where weeks at the beginning or end of the month have more or less than 5 days), leaves and holiday scenarios. 
• In others, the Previous Timesheet Including Time Data template is used, where copying a long or short week is not supported. 
• Some countries (see full list below) are not covered by this feature and users are redirected to Replicon for timesheet submission. 

For all supported countries, users can simply prompt “Submit Timesheet”, and Neo will guide them through the submission process. 

Added value 

Neo applies the correct submission rules based on local configurations and provides clear guidance when copying a timesheet is limited or unavailable.

How it works 

When you prompt “Submit Timesheet”, Neo checks your country configuration and applies the appropriate template: 

• If your country supports copying all week types, Neo will allow you to reuse your previous week. 
• If your country uses the Previous Timesheet Including Time Data template, you can still submit your timesheet via Neo. However, if the previous week was a long or short week, copying is not available and Neo will inform you. 
• If your country does not support timesheet submission via Neo, you will be redirected to Replicon. 

Supported Countries: 

Full Copy Available: 

Hong Kong, Italy*, Japan, Morocco, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, India. 

No Long/Short Week Copy: 

Belgium, Canada, China, Costa Rica, Denmark, Finland, United Kingdom, Guatemala, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway*, Portugal, Mexico, Sweden, Tunisia, Ukraine, United States, Vietnam. 

* At the moment users in Italy and Norway are unable to copy their previous weeks timesheet if the previous or current week contains leave or holiday. 

Not Supported in Neo: 

France, Poland, Spain, Philippines, Romania, Switzerland, Austria, Germany, Australia, New Zealand.
