Overview
Neo now includes three additional notifications coming from SuccessFactors:
- Feedback Request: Displayed when a feedback request is pending for you in SuccessFactors.
- People Manager Change: Displayed when a people manager change request has been raised and requires your approval or review.
- Location Change: Displayed when an office location change request has been submitted and requires your approval or review.
These notifications complement the existing set already available in Neo and appear whenever a new request concerns you.
Added value
These notifications provide centralized visibility on important HR events that require your attention. They help you stay informed without having to check SuccessFactors separately, ensuring you don’t miss requests or changes that impact you.
How it works
If you need to perform an action in SuccessFactors, Neo will display a notification in the top right corner of the main page, within the “Notifications” section.
Each notification card indicates:
- The source system (SuccessFactors)
- The type of request
- Whether one or multiple items are pending
