Overview
Neo now includes two new notifications coming from other Capgemini tools:
- Work order pending approval: Displayed when a work order requires your approval in VMS
- Unscheduled hours request approval: Displayed when unplanned hours have been submitted and require your approval in Replicon
These notifications are added to the existing set already available in Neo and appear when a new action is assigned to you in one of these tools.
Added value
These notifications provide centralized visibility on tasks originating from connected Capgemini tools. They appear only when the corresponding action requires your input in the source system.
How it works
If you need to perform an action in VMS or Replicon, Neo will display a notification in the top right corner of the main page, within the “Notifications” section.
Each notification card indicates the source system and the action required from you.
