Support Subcategories 

Overview 

You can now navigate the support section [provide link to support section] more easily with the introduction of subcategories. This improvement applies to the “How Neo can help you” and “Neo Agents” sections, where content is organized across multiple topics. Questions are now structured using subcategories displayed at the top of the page. 

Added value 

Subcategories make navigation within the support section more intuitive. You can more easily access relevant questions, articles, and videos, or move between themes while keeping a clear overview of available content. 

How it works 

To access the support section, click the question mark icon at the bottom right of Neo and select Info & support, then Support

In the “How Neo can help you” and “Neo Agents” sections: 

  • Content is now organized into subcategories displayed at the top of the page. 
  • If you select a subcategory, only the questions related to that subcategory are displayed. 
  • If no subcategory is selected, questions remain visible and are grouped by subcategory. 

This allows you to view all available content or focus on a specific theme depending on your needs.
