Ask Neo to raise an HR ticket for you

Overview

You can now raise an HR ticket directly in Neo, in addition to AskHR. This makes it easier to raise a request as soon as the need for it emerges, while ticket tracking and follow-up continue in AskHR.

How it works

  1. In Neo, type: Raise a ticket
  2. When prompted, choose HR ticket
  3. Select the category and subcategory shown for your profile
  4. Add your request and a short description
  5. Neo will confirm the ticket and share the ticket number for tracking in AskHR
