You can now raise an HR ticket directly in Neo, in addition to AskHR. This makes it easier to raise a request as soon as the need for it emerges, while ticket tracking and follow-up continue in AskHR.

How it works
- In Neo, type: Raise a ticket
- When prompted, choose HR ticket
- Select the category and subcategory shown for your profile
- Add your request and a short description
- Neo will confirm the ticket and share the ticket number for tracking in AskHR
