Why can’t I access some agents?
Access to agents depends on your role and assigned tasks. To use a specific agent, request access:
- Through Sales360 for the Proposal Assistant by following this link: https://x-port.capgemini.com/sales360/neo-proposal-assistant
- Through IAM for any other agents by following this link: https://iamit.capgemini.com/. Click “Neo” in the “Requests” section, then select “Request Neo Agents Access”.
Please note that not all agents have been released yet. The initial agents will become available over the coming months.
