How can I report a problem with Neo?

  • Option 1: After a prompt response, if you identify a data quality issue, you can select the thumbs-down option, a feedback prompt appears. Use the “Other” prompt if you want to add more details as feedback.
  • Option 2: if you have technical issues, ask Neo to raise a ticket on Service Central:
    • Select the category from the dropdown list,
    • Add the description and click on “Submit”
  • Option 3:  If you’d like to connect with a real‑time agent, simply type “live chat” in the Neo prompt bar. This will help you get support on any IT‑related topic. You can end the conversation at any moment by clicking “Cancel.”
