Agent Selection from the Prompt Bar

Overview 

You can now select an agent directly from the prompt bar when starting a new chat. This option appears only for users who have agent access based on their role. 

Added value 

This improvement makes it easier to reach the agent you need from the same place where you type. It streamlines the experience by reducing navigation and allows you to activate, switch, or remove an agent more smoothly. 

How it works 

1. Open a New Chat in Neo. 
2. Select an agent by clicking “+” on the left side of the prompt bar or by typing @ to bring up the list of available agents. 
3. The selected agent appears in a small blue tag in the prompt bar and becomes active immediately. 
4. Stop talking to the agent anytime by clicking the “×” inside the blue tag to return to a standard chat. 
5. You can switch agents at any moment by clicking “+” or using @ again.
